OBJECTIVE

• Define, build and deliver the most valuable product for Speakaboos

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement product strategy
o Define macro product cycles and goals: acquisition > retention > referral

• Define and manage product roadmap
o Conduct user testing
o Analyze competitive product landscape
o Product definition and specifications
o Source third party vendors and application development partners

• Manage product delivery
o Create and manage product delivery timelines
o Manage daily sprints
o Manage third party vendors and application developers
o Create and implement product QA process

• Drive and deliver site usage metrics and recommend improvements
o Deliver daily and weekly subscription conversion reporting and exit analysis
o Develop and implement A/B testing plan
o Be well versed in heatmapping
o Implement Search Engine Optimization

• Manage the customer experience
o Oversee and manage customer service related to subscription and the product

• Manage site production
o Manage design resources
o Oversee release and creation of content updates & newsletters
o Manage production of sponsorship programs on Speakaboos

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience across engineering / product management / production / UX
• Experience in children's digital media products
• Worked on subscription based services
• Proven work in multi-platform content delivery
• Be familiar with social media
• Experience with management of internal and virtual teams (vendors, developers, partners, etc.)
• Knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies (HTML, Javascript, CSS, AJAX, JSON, JQUERY, etc.)
• Passionate about UI and UX design
• Familiarity with software development processes best practices, and unit-testing
