Profile Website Programmer (Anywhere)

I currently have a client that is need of a website like battle of the bands, like this: http://www.battleofthebands.comTake a good look at each profile section (fan and band sign up). I need to make a site similar to this, but make it to where bands can choose their genre and the site will categorize them depending on their genre.Also, I want the bands to be able to upload videos from YouTube and other video sites as well as music.I need to know how long this will take and what its going to cost.
