Project Coordinator + Junior IA/UX designer --- Part Time --- (SoHo)

We are looking to fill a combination role for a Junior Information Architect / Experience Designer + Project Coordinator. This is a part time junior hourly position (15-20 hours a week).

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ongoing work in collaboration with senior team members
  • Assist in conducting basic user and competitive research
  • Basic wireframing tasks
  • Participate in high-level brainstorming and provide critical feedback.
  • Help out with occasional project and marketing-based administrative work.

You should:

  • Be Local (don't apply if you aren't)
  • Have 0-3 years of experience (a portfolio of relevant school work counts)
  • Be smart
  • Be a good writer
  • Have participated in building at least one interactive or web project and have some documentation you authored while working on it
  • Be familiar with MS Office apps
  • Be familiar with the idea of wireframes and information architecture.
  • Have used software like Omnigraffle, Visio, Illustrator etc. before.
