We have an immediate contract availability in Thousand Oaks--Person will coordinate the scheduling of CRM Resources, interfacing between development and the users.

The position is managing the services provided to client facing IS groups for KTLO support and Development and technical solution delivery. Critical to the role is scheduling CRM resources, ensuring quality of the deliverables from the development team, coordinating timelines for the support and development services, managing risks and issues, meetings, management reporting on status of initiatives. Must have excellent communication skills, successful experience in client/customer management and experience with CRM applications such as Oracle CRM or Salesforce.com
