Project Manager for Internet Solutions Company (Burbank)

Creative internet solutions company is in search of a Project Manager to work with our clients on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone with a go-getter attitude that works well with the team or can manage projects alone as well. Applicant must be punctual and have a great attitude, as our team is very hands-on and support a "shared knowledge" type of atmosphere.

Project Management
* Create and execute project plans/proposals
* Revise project plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
* Identify resources needed and delegate individual responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects
* Review/QA deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
* Project planning: Wireframes/Flowcharts
* Manage budgets and timeline between clients and company
* Create Scope of Work with estimates based on client needs/development time

Communication
* Keep project team well informed of project status and any updates given by client
* Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
* Resolve and/or respond to issues with clients in a timely fashion
* Understand how to communicate sensitive information tactfully

Technical Understanding
* Possess familiarity with Mac and PC platforms, as well Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word)
* Possess a general understanding of web development
* Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
* Utilize Content Management Software (We currently use ExpressionEngine and/or Wordpress)

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience as Project Manager at a web design/development company
* Must be comfortable being the single point of contact for clients
* Solid understanding of the web design/development process is preferred (no actual programming knowledge is necessary)
* Attention to detail, timeliness, and professionalism
* Excellent verbal, written, and people skills

Preferred but not required
* General understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Flash Action Scripting
* Experience using graphic/web programs such as DreamWeaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash
