Quick IE7 Bug Fix. (Anywhere)

I have a site with two bugs in Internet Explorer 7 that need correcting. Currently a page/template has a main parent div that scrolls horizontally. The IE7 bugs are two divs that do not currently scroll with its parental div—forcing the content to scroll behind it. If you are familiar with Javascript this should be a quick job.
