Quick Internet Explorer 7 Bug Fix (Anywhere)

I have a site that has two bugs in Internet Explorer 7 that need correcting. Currently a page/template is featuring a main div that scrolls horizontally, inside that div are two paragraphs. The bug is vertically scrolling paragraphs will not scroll with its parental horizontal div forcing content to scroll behind. If you are familiar with Javascript this should be a quick job.I need the paragraphs to move horizontally with its parent div. This task will need to be completed as soon as possible. Please reply for further details and provide examples of past work.
