This will be an exciting opportunity to add your Ruby expertise to a bright team of engineers while contributing to the early stages of new product development efforts. Their platform will offer a better solution to the challenge of creating, publishing and tracking ads in the social media community. With limited options available to streamline this element of the advertising community, our client feels they're working in the right niche to make a name for themselves and a sizeable impact. Competitive salaries and aggressive equity is available given their still at Seed-level funding.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
*Demonstrated expertise building high performance web systems/sites with Ruby
*Demonstrated ability to build clean, well documented code
*You should have a passion for engineering and development that goes beyond your work commitments
*Comfort with the demands of an early-stage, fast-paced engineering startup
*CS degree is great, but two of this firm's best engineers never set foot on a college campus!
