Yoh/Mountain View, CAYoh has a direct hire opportunity for a SAP SCM Developer / Architect to join our client in Mountain View, CA.
Job Overview:
The idea candidate will be an expert in SAP SCM modules and will work as the SME for our client assisting their customers. Candidate will work remotely and can live anywhere in the US close to a major airport. This positions includes 75% travel.
Job Responsibilities:

- Constant update of "leading edge" application skills
- Domain specialist in multiple functional areas and SAP SCM modules.
- Understand client needs, design solution, and prepare Statement of Work
- Accountability for team compliance of internal and customer specific project methodologies
- Client interaction during entire project lifecycle - client satisfaction role, issue resolution
- Conceptualize required business process and technology solutions
- Drive effective exploitation of Knowledge Management systems
- Major commitment to mentoring role for subordinates
- Assist in recruiting and interviews
- Publish at least one article in a year
- Present at least one SAP conference and one industry conference

Job Qualifications:

- 8-10 years experience as a SAP Consultant, focused on SCM Modules
- 5-6 years experience leading semiconductor implementation teams with the proven ability to follow solid project management principles a big plus
- Minimum of 2 - 3 full life cycle SAP implementations
- Expertise in underlying application technology
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Specialized domain knowledge across functional areas
- Client engagement capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CSCP certification preferred
- Certification in area of focus preferred
- Masters Degree preferred
