Senior Apple Engineer / Technology Consultant (Santa Monica)
318, the most sought after IT consulting and support organization in Southern California, is rapidly expanding. We're looking to hire an experienced Professional Services Manager to join our team.
Are you skilled enough to meet our highly stringent qualifications?
1. You have an Apple 10.6 ACTC, ACSA and ACMA certification, or are confident you can achieve it in your first month of employment?
2.You have significant senior level experience architecting, supporting, testing, installing and troubleshooting Mac OS X hardware (workstation, server, mass storage [SAN environments]) and software?
3. You have experience configuring and administering OS/X Server as well Xsan (and Fibre Network Switches and typology) and standard back up procedures?
4. You have experience with custom scripting Mac OS X commands used for mass deployment tools such as: Jamf Casper, Deploy Studio, etc.
5. You have experience architecting, deploying and supporting Apple Final Cut Server ("FCS") custom workflow environments.
6. You are able to trouble-shoot PC desktop issues and are willing to get your Win7 certification if you do not already have it?

Now beyond being technically proficient, we also want you to have other qualifications: You must be comfortable in a client service role, and able to speak eloquently, non-technically, and patiently to clients.
