Senior Graphic Designer

We have a fulltime position available for an experienced designer who can conceive and create original work in a wide range of design mediums with a variety of applications. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining work that is already created and adapting to various existing graphic characters of our businesses. The job requires a graphic designer who is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic with an exceptional eye for detail. You will need experience with web design, ad creation, (including basic copy with proper punctuation and grammar) be comfortable working with fonts and font management. You will be working with a group of people and will be asked to both be a stimulating presence on the team as well as being able to work constructively with critique and feedback. There will sometimes be deadlines to meet and you must be willing to work some late hours to see these projects to their completion.

You must have working knowledge of the latest versions of Mac OSX, Dream Weaver, Photo Shop, Illustrator, Quark, Excel, Acrobat, Word, HTML, FTP. Knowledge of HtML5 and coding is a plus but working with live sites on different servers is a must. You must be comfortable working with offset and other printing techniques, spot color, duotone and CMYK printing, fonts and font management, PDFs and troubleshooting them for cross-platform use.

Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and abilities and subject to negotiation.
