14763 - Senior Staff UI Designer – full time position in Cupertino, CA

Do you have a passion for creating great user experiences?
As a Senior UI designer, you will work with product managers, user interface team members,
Software engineers, QA engineers, and clients to design highly usable products that adhere to Trend Micro's commitment to the best possible user experience. We are seeking a person who is a quick learner to get up-to-speed on enterprise security domain and has a strong background in user interface design and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities:
* Articulating, developing and modeling the end user experience
* User, task, and workflow analysis
* Developing high level and detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
* Heuristic evaluation and usability evaluation
* Collaborating with global UI design team for improving our processes and UI Standards

Qualifications:
* Minimum 5-7+ years experience developing web-based user interfaces for enterprise software.
* Champion of User-centered design and user-research methodologies
* Ability to prototype (HTML, CSS, javascript skills)
* Solid understanding and knowledge of how to design for interactive Web 2.0 technologies
( HTML/CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, etc.)
* Strong visual design sense
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Bachelor/Master degree in HCI, Computer Science or related field
