Senior Web Designer

talented creator who has the knowledge and flexibility to take on a dynamic role within a quick paced environment.

AdMedia is a leader in the online advertising industry and has grown business for over 100,000 advertisers delivering targeted ads to tens of millions
of viewers daily.

The Designer will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand identity across all collateral materials and our network of websites. Projects will
include: user-interface design, presentation design, print material design, website development and online display advertising design. You will be
reporting directly to the CEO. You will be working closely with a team of developers to execute and deploy specific web based projects as well as
working individually on printed collateral materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent brand identity/experience across our network of sites, collateral materials, user control panels and display advertising
  • Works with other departments to create/produce appropriate web properties
  • Create landing pages, websites and other web properties that are optimized for high conversion rates
  • Provide conceptual, design, analytics testing, and copy direction as appropriate for all web properties
  • Communicate effectively with departments, team members and other project related groups to ensure project objectives are understood and
    consistently met, communicating project status and recommending adjustments to plan
  • Manage the resource allocation of internal and external resources of the creative staff

Qualifications:

  • Must be a great designer with superior knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • 3+ Years of experience working within a team to deploy web based projects
  • Front end development experience and design required.
  • jQuery experience is a big plus
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web
  • MUST be proficient in CS4: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash
  • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design
  • Must be familiar with web metrics such as CTR, Conversion, CPC, CPM, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO & PPC Advertising industry a big plus
