SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER / PROGRAMMER
Machine Sales is an online marketplace for businesses to buy and sell industrial machinery. We are opening a new office based in LA and now require a suitably qualified WebDeveloper to join our team.
We are seeking a skilled individual to manage and evolve our existing website and build new websites, landing pages and databases. Assuming responsibility for continuously identifying opportunities for improvement, you will also be required to provide help desk support to a geographically diverse client base.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in all aspects of web development and programming and be able to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients. In addition, you will need a minimum of 4 years experience in a commercial environment and the following technical skills;
Expert and up to date knowledge of ASP.NET (4.0) & C#, along with recent application architecture / design experience.
Strong database design and development experience, and knowledge of SQL Server and MySql
Working knowledge of HTMl, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, JQuery and XML.
Experience with web design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver or Visual Studio.
Website deployment and configuration (IIS7)
CMS experience, preferable DotNetNuke
SEO and SEM coordination is highly regarded.
