Senior Web/PHP/MySQL Developer Needed (Downtown LA)

Internet Marketing Firm in Downtown Los Angeles is Seeking a Full Time Web/LAMP Developer

The objective of this individual is to start out as a developer whose responsibility it is to initially spend time learning and developing on existing and new code. This individual will be working in close conjunction with the Executives of the company. In the future this individual may have the opportunity to be a project manager and lead a team as well as a team of several offshore developers that will be brought on.
 
What we are looking for:
You must have at least 3 years of work experience
You must be able to compile open source software
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network related issues
Comfortable with Apache configuration files
Knowledge of how DNS, SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS protocols work
Ability to compile open source software
Very comfortable with SQL
 
Responsibilities:
Provide PHP programming and functional testing for a variety of web-based applications
Development of system architecture
Database development and management
Collaborates with various outsource vendors to ensure the required features and modifications are developed
Maintaining documentation on all development
Testing, debugging and troubleshooting

Requirements:
Linux (2+ Years)
PHP (2+ Years)
JavaScript/AJAX (1+ Year)
Perl (1+ Year)
MySQL (1+ Year)
Experience with Asterisk is a huge plus
Ability to multi-task when required
Ability to meet project deadlines
Ability to work well independently and under pressure
Strong troubleshooting/Analytical/Problem Solving skills
