Iconstaff/Boston, MAOur client, a highly successful online property, is expanding their SEO team.

Responsibilities will include:
-SEO optimization of our clients website, including optimizing current web page designs and working with the development team on projects that are being developed or planned
-Provide detailed guidance and support in SEO assessments, strategic recommendations, assist in functional Requirements writing, as well as ongoing maintenance and reporting.
-Implement and recommend SEO strategies for their site, manage the development of some of these projects.
-Research, analyze and constantly improve our organic Search performance.
-Provide performance reporting and statistical analysis of the impact of SEO projects on traffic and revenue.
-Assess and understand market needs related to Search, and clearly organize and communicate them to various internal and external stakeholders.
-Be able to work with the engineering team to identify project areas or process enhancements that will lead to overall program improvements
-Build, launch, and test new products, features, experiments through our product management process
-Do keyword research/competitor analysis
-Analyze data, develop strategies and recommend SEO improvements on sometimes short notice in reaction to emerging challenges and opportunities
-Stay up to date with industry trends

Requirements
- BA or BS degree (preferred that degree be in mathematics, statistics, computer science/engineering, or other quantitative field. Or significant coursework in these areas)
- An interest in solving problems / genuine curiosity about how consumers make decisions
- Passion for using data to make decisions
-Experience using statistical methods and large data sets to make business decisions
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Organized, self-motivated and detail oriented
-Proven track record delivering high quality results, while thriving in a quickly paced environment
-Ability to execute a number of parallel tasks and work with cross-functional teams on a day-to-day basis
-Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and web technologies ( Html, JavaScript etc.) strongly preferred.
