SEO/PPC Specialist Needed (Tujunga, CA)

This position is Full Time, and we require an In-House Person.

Position Overview – Primary functions consists of overseeing the SEO rankings process developed by SEO Specialist and maintaining and managing ranking for local and national customers utilizing in house and 3rd party tools. A knowledge of PPC and Social Media Marketing is PLUS

Essential Job Functions

• Build and maintain an understanding of the company and our services.

• Expertise in Link Building, Link Baiting, and Other SEO Techniques

• Local SEO and Google Maps Optimization

• Handle Search Engine Optimization and Online Marketing Tasks

• Provide prompt, courteous service to all internal and external customers.

• Creating new websites & Rank local customers on major search engines utilizing internally developed tools

• Check ranking report for all new accounts and make sure customer is being listed correctly on search engines and progress is being made. Prioritize all rankings on contract based customers

• Keep track of all usernames and password for all respective accounts and update/maintain in crm system.

• Follow outlined daily tasks and to dos on a daily basis using intranet customer support site.

• Take direction from management on any additional tasks

Non-essential Job Functions

• Pay Per Click Marketing Expertise via Google, and Microsoft plus 3rd party PPC services

• Research industry specific directories, which are free and don't contact the client for an up sale.

• Utilize all development/SEO tools such as Dreamweaver, WebCEO, PowerSuite, SEONuke, SEOmoz, etc

Requirements

• A good understanding of search engines and search behavior

• A good understanding or SEO ranking process and requirements

• Must be computer and technology literate

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• High school diploma required, some college preferred.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

• Organized and detail oriented.

• Utilizing internally developed ranking tools

• Understanding internally developed processes

• Understanding and utilizing of 3rd party ranking tools
