Our team (Online Services Delivery Platform) is in the middle of it all and provides the directory and identity plumbing to all the cloud (federated) services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Lync (OCS) Online. We are part of the Online Services Delivery Platform (OSDP) team which builds the online identity and directory services with integration into Active Directory and WLID. Online directory services includes various components such as directory sync from on-premise, directory API, integration with commerce system for tenant lifecycle, sync to cloud (federated) services, identity API and RBAC.

We are looking for a developer with an excellent track record and passion for building distributed systems and web services to help us deliver on these ambitions. Some specific qualifications include:
• Excellent track record and passion for building distributed systems
• Expert experience with .NET and C#
• Strong design skills. Ability to resolve ambiguity and turn out solutions that are sustainable and well factored
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of security, database fundamentals is a plus

• Needs to be able to collaborate very well with other teams and people.
• You will want to enjoy working in cross-team situations and have a strong commitment to engineering excellence.
• Experience in technologies like Active Directory and/or expertise in online services will be ideal but not required.
• A BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required; MS degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
