This is the job at Exchange protection team which has a charter of building secure, compliant and user friendly email architecture. As well as partnering with Sharepoint server and Rights Management Server team to build a cohesive and secure document and email collaborations toolkit. We are looking for building natural compliance experience for Information Workers which spans across Emails and documents. This means that you will be working very closely with Sharepoint and Exchange integration, and also shared emails storage architecture for Exchange server in enterprise and cloud environment. We are at the beginning of the next wave of Office products, and currently in design and architecture phase. This is a great time to start to be able to dive into the new technological bets, and build one of the core scenarios for next wave of Office release.

We are looking for a senior developer with the following skillset.

A BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent,
4+ years of experience in software engineering experience in OOP shipping software products.
Strong preference for 2+ years of experience in .NET and C#
Experience in building large distributed and scalable systems
Excellent communication skills, team player, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal/external teams
Knowledge of federation and Web services technologies is a plus
