Specialized Music Media Company Looking for a Web Master & Print Super Star

Looking for a special person, who is ready to take the next step in their career. Seeing a Web Master who also has some print materials experience. The ideal candidate would have knowledge/experience with HTML, CSS, Flash, Java, Magento Commerce, Wordpress, etc. Must have vast experience with all Adobe suite programs, very heavy in Illustrator . Primary duties include, Building, Re-designing, and maintaining the company’s commercial web site, constant updating of content, developing and integrating new features. Designing limited advertising materials, re-sizing ad mats, adjusting and modifying packaging materials. Develop, re-design, adapt, and continually update company’s profile on social network sites.

An Ideal candidate would be a strong self starter, who does not require constant supervision. A person who can take on multiple projects at the same time. A person who has knowledge of Jrock, Visual-kei , Anime and Japanese cultural.

Maru Music is a leading Media company for Visual-kei and JRock in North America. Maru Music looks after all aspects of our artist promotion and presence in North America. Licensing and promoting the biggest music groups in the genre as well as tour promotion and merchandise. Maru Music also attends several Anime/Japanese cultural conventions annually.

This is a 40+ hour per week, based in a small office in Silverlake area of Los Angeles. This is not a position which can be outsourced or telecommuted. This is a perfect opportunity to build a vast portfolio and grain a great deal of experience in a fun and growing music company.
