Complete Description:
DUTIES
*Provide analysis and application of technical solutions to business requirements utilizing ITIL processes.
*Assist in the analysis, development, and administration activities performed during E&C for the Pharmacy POS project.
*Support the Pharmacy POS application both during and after deployment.
SKILLS REQUIRED
*7 years experience in analysis, design, project management, and programming
*5+ years experience with implementing/upgrading and supporting a high availability Oracle Retail POS based system (formerly 360 Commerce) in a major retailer environment
*2+ years experience with POS legislative compliance requirements - PCI, IIAS, SOX
*2+ years as a JAVA developer
*5+ years experience with Oracle database and SQL
*1+ years experience with UNIX (preferred: Red Hat Linux)
*Troubleshooting skills in an IT environment
*Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
*Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
SKILLS PREFERRED
* Healthcare industry experience
* Retail Pharmacy experience
* 2+ years experience with HIPPA compliance
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor*s degree in computer science, software engineering, or management information systems
Preferred: Master*s degree in computer science, software engineering, or management information systems
DELIVERABLES

* Weekly submission of time and activity reports to the AFS BPM Manager
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
* Demonstrated ability to follow procedures of department
* Demonstrated ability to create queries using sql tools against an Oracle or other database
* Demonstrated ability to provide analysis and support for the Oracle Pharmacy POS
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot production issues
* Demonstrated customer service to internal and external customers
* Deliverables met on time
* Attendance at meetings as required and on-site presence five days/week
