Job Position

Looking for a well-qualified person who has technical experience and passion to work on various MBS systems and projects. This is an IC role and managing the people would be purely from the project perspective.

a. Should have excellent communication skills. Able to talk efficiently and effectively with the global development team and have the talent of challenging technically.

b. Must able to independently work and deliver design, code for tasks assigned out for a project. Make sure code delivered is of high quality following the standards set at MBS and using the various checklist and processes for the same

c. Adoption of Technology Patterns and Practices.

d. Acts confidently in uncertain circumstances; works effectively in ambiguous situations

e. Initiates collaboration with others; invites others to meetings and presentations to share information

f. Has good collaboration with the project team as well as with other disciplines and work towards shared goals.

g. Should contribute towards the engineering excellence and innovation initiatives at MBS

h. Should acquire good domain knowledge in the functional area assigned

i. Bring technical expertise based on development experience, and help the team make sound technical decisions to deliver high quality projects

Technical Skills Required

a. Total experience in IT should be at least 5+ years. Should have worked independently and own design and code for features and modules in projects

b. Should have strong technical background on design and coding in Microsoft Visual Studio in C# , ASP.NET and SQL Server with at least 3+ years of development experience in OOPS area. Must have worked on web service, n-tier applications, java scripts, UI design. Having knowledge on Design patterns and practices would be preferable.

c. Should have at least 2 years of SQL knowledge. Be able to handle complex queries, experience in handling the performance queries, and have the debugging capacity.

d. Candidate should also have exposure to configuration tools like VSTF, source depot etc…

e. Having prior knowledge on development process like PSP/TSP, Agile would be added advantage.
