For next generation of products we are building seemless integration of Instant Messaging/Presence with other IM/Presence solutions.

We are looking for a strong Lead Software Development Engineer in Test who has proven track record for focused scenario testing for delivering secure, scalable, manageable and extensible end to end solution. The candidate will be responsible to work closely with program management, development and customer to help ship high quality product.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years of test development experience,

1+ year of management experience including recruiting, goal setting, mentoring and career management.

Good understanding of C#/C++ and multithreaded programming and testing methodologies is required.

Previous experiences working on real time communications, SIP, Exchange is a big plus.

BA or BS in Computer Science or related field is required.
