You will be working with a changing roster of projects, so you get to build experience with a variety of industries while learning about our clients' business and technical needs.

We have a great team including an award winning design team, project management, HTML/CSS/Javascript experts, and marketing/SEO professionals that will work with you to build a rock-solid final product.
Sr. NET Developer needed to work with clients to gather requirements, solve business problems, design, code and test solutions in a .NET, Web Environment. Each member of the team works on several challenging projects/customers at any time, allowing for diversity and growth. Primary technology environment is .NET, yet always looking for new and better ways to accomplish business goals. This position is ideal for a very technically strong developer who likes to create technical solutions and solve business problems at the same time. Strong communication skills needed, some visiting client sites in the Orange County area.

Ability to listen to clients' needs and successfully translate business goals into technical solutions
5+ years experience developing public-facing websites or complex web applications
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET 3.5+, LINQ and SQL
Experience with ASP.NET MVC v2-v3
Experience with ORM's (NHibernate/Entity Framework 4), TDD/unit testing preferably NUnit, Agile, DDD and Ruby on Rails a plus!
Strong problem solving skills and ability to generate high quality code
Familiarity with AJAX, with JQuery experience a plus
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
