Startup needs young, talented, creative web people (los angeles)

Oh, hi there.

I'm starting a company that helps small businesses win the internet. We do everything from building websites, setting up/evaluating analytics, optimizing social media, creating marketing strategies/campaigns, video seeding/optimization, and more.

I'm looking for young people. College degree not necessary - internet smarts/savvy is.

We already have projects that I need started - looking immediately for web designers who understand branding and working with small businesses - as well as web developers interested in creating back end websites from the very complex to a simple restaurant website.

I'm also looking for people who want to work in this area creating actual strategies and campaigns for small businesses. They would communicate with the designer/developer assigned to the project and work directly with client.

You need to be local to LA - our office will be near USC/downtown. I'm going to be setting up interviews ASAP!
