Job Description

Summary

This position is responsible to analyze and interpret data from various sources. Complies reports, charts, and tables based on established statistical methods. Document code using standard coding conventions. Run additional statistical software as needed. Basis ability to write technical reports, produce excel tables, graphs and interact with internal customers. Relies on instructions or pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job

Accountabilities

Reports to marketing, sales & operations

Responsible to compile data for analytical modeling projects or marketing analysis

Conducts ad hoc analysis to meet team needs, including explanation of variances and impact to group work

Provide campaign reporting that includes response rate, conversion and ROI analysis per market test

Assists with creating and publishing key statistical metrics for group and client use

Improves data processes supporting modeling and analytics through on going experience and insights

Conducts predictive modeling data staging and transformation activities

Proven strong analytical technical skill and ability.

Ability to demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills including user documentation.

Basic programming skills for SAS/SQL/Excel.

Background in Computer Science and Unix/Linx preferred.

Must be able to manipulate test data sets and basic analysis code.

Bachelors or equivalent in Computer Science or Statistics (Masters preferred)
