We're Swank IBS, and we're not your average web shop.  Our goal is to help our clients increase their sales and bottom-line profit through a professional online presence.We do this by Designing and Developing Cutting-Edge Lead Generation and Ecommerce Websites; Driving Qualified Visitors via Managed Online Marketing Campaigns; and continuously Analyzing & Optimizing to increase overall performance.We may only be in our second year of business, but we are profitable, and continue to grow in a controlled fashion.  And even better, our success doesn't lie solely in our books - the proof is in the pudding.  Our clients love what we're doing, and all continue to go out of their way to share their stories with others.At this point, we are looking to hire a young, fun, talented web designer / front end developer to add to our team and to continue our progressive growth:Web Designer / Front End Developer

  • You've Designed and/or Developed some awesome, fun sites and have a few examples to show for it
  • You have a good eye for quality UI Design, and understand the basics of designing to Optimize User Experience and conversion.
  • You understand the process of Design and Development, and are comfortable Working and Speaking with Clients.
  • You enjoy creating amazing design mock-ups in Photoshop, and can present, communicate, work with, and take feedback from clients well... even if they may sometimes wish to go against your creative (albeit, often correct) instinct.
  • Once a design is approved, you know how to slice & dice to create clean mark-up with the latest in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • You may have even worked with things like jQuery, html5shiv, modernizr, etc.
  • Most importantly: you enjoy a fun work environment; you thrive in a team setting; you tend to be a leader around others yet listen and value feedback; you're a go-getter that knows a little about everything but enjoys the opportunity to always learn something new.
  • Oh yeah... and you enjoy free lunch on Friday, flex scheduling, open communication, and being a part of something great.  You love to have fun, but know when to work hard.
