TECHNICAL PRODUCER for Entertainment Advertising Company (Farmers Market/The Grove - LA)
The Ant Farm, a leading creative entertainment advertising agency in Los Angeles is searching for an experienced Technical Producer that can provide top-notch leadership and project management for our Interactive Department to bring our designs to life for our well-respected agency working on world-class properties. This is a freelance position which may turn into a full time position with benefits.
As a Technical Producer at The Ant Farm, you will work directly with the Director of Production and the Head of Technology to establish, maintain and deliver the projects vision, scope, schedule, budget, and resource plan.
Develop, refine, maintain, and evangelize the projects concept to people inside and outside of TAF.
Help to define, write and compile the Scope of Work on technical projects based on high-level client definitions with contributions from TAF technical resources.
Ensure that the project is hitting its quality and goals while actively managing the schedule and milestone deliverables.
Manage day-to-day development issues; identify problems in advance and drive creative solutions.
Facilitate communication across the project team; clearly communicate tasks and responsibilities to staff.
Work with creative and technical leads to update and maintain project schedule.
Identify and remove roadblocks that prevent the team from performing to their highest potential.
Coordinate and lead efforts across a cross-functional team including Interactive, A/V, Print, Games, and more.
Provide regular progress status including conducting internal reviews with leads and TAF Management.
Demonstrate to groups large and small. Regularly incorporate feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in the following areas:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Worked on at 5 - 10 projects as Lead Producer from start to finish
Experience driving creative vision, managing design and technology
Minimum 5 years industry experience (studio, online, interactive, games, mobile)
Broad knowledge of interactive
A passion for making great entertainment experiences
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong Technical background
Development experience in mobile a plus
Experience in both development and publishing environments
Experience in cutting-edge interactive projects
