The ability to work in a small team of 4 people. Great communications skills. Ability to easily learn new technologies and procedures to accomplish work. "Agile like methodology" work environment. 2-3+years of relevant exp in these technologies.
JOB SKILLS - MUST HAVES
* 3-5 yrs experience with .Net framework, VB.Net and C# acceptable, WebForm, WinForm
* 2-3+ yrs experience with Web Services, Ajax, XML, XSLT, javascript (or vbscript)
* 2-3+ yrs experience with SQL Server 2000/2005, strong T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS (DTS)
* 2-3+ yrs experience in OOAP
* Strong team player with excellent problem solving skills
JOB SKILLS - PREFERRED
* 1+ yrs SharePoint
* Proven experience of applying Patterns
* Experience with software development methodologies (RUP, Agile, Scrum), TDD
* Citrix, Crystal Report, jQuery
* .Net Framework 3.0 (WPF,WCF,WF), 3.5 (Linq, MVC, dynamic data..)
* Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
* Certification like MCSD
