Maestro is seeking to fill a web and mobile application developer position. The candidate possesses the ability to deploy web based and mobile applications both internally and externally to ensure project success. Leverage best practices and internal processes to streamline efforts and maintain consistency throughout each project. Ability to simultaneously participate within multiple project teams, while managing one's individual work necessary for each project

Job Requirements:
• Supports the deployment of web-based and mobile applications
• Design functional build specifications based on business requirements.
• Define and Design logical and physical architecture diagrams to support the build specifications.
• Design interactivity diagrams, process flows, and wireframes to support the build specifications.
• Define entity-relationship diagrams and normalization rules in order to design efficient database schemas that support the build specifications.
• Document the enhancements and functionality that are In/Out of project scope.
• Design, manage, and document quality assurance test plans that encompass business requirements, functionality, interactivity and regression testing.
• Develop the necessary documentation for on-going support and maintenance for each web-based and mobile applications.

Job Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to present in front of groups
• Ability to work independently and within teams with general supervision
• Extreme attention to detail
• Comprehensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
• Experience in iOS (objective-C, Cocoa Touch, Sqlite3) and/or Android (Java)
• Experience in XML/XSLT/SOAP and JSON.
• Experience in open source languages – PHP and/or Ruby on Rails
• Experience with multi-tiered environments (web servers, data servers, and application servers)
• Experience in MySql and/or MS SQL server and SQL
• Experience with open GL a plus

Desired
• Experience with Information Architecture, Usability Design, and Usability Testing
• Experience in general Content Management principals
• Experience with multi-language inputs/outputs
• Flash AS2 and AS3
• Adobe CS5 and HTML 5
