web-design / graphic design intern (west la - culver city)

I run a small digital agency servicing entertainment and small business clients.

We build websites/mobile apps (usually with wordpress or drupal & jquery/actionscript 3) + we also do video (aftereffects, final cut) with Canon 5D HDSLR's. Because we are a startup service - you'll be exposed to A LOT. One day it will be CSS or HTML cut-n-paste hacking - the next it maybe masking and compositing images in Photoshop using illustrator for info graphics .. or editing some video + adding motion graphics. Maybe even coming up with fun ideas for our clients looking for viral marketing concepts.

I pride myself on being a generalist and love all sorts of cool shit.

You'll learn about search engine analytics, keyword phrases, niche organic search targeting, ppc/cpa... using that information to Craft a design strategy and use branding (color/photography/video) so they can BE DIFFERENT from their competitors and grow.

- must be willing to commit at least 15-20 hours per week for a period of 3 months.

- We would be willing to work with a college instructor to set up as a for-credit internship.

- Work can be done from your home as well as our culver city office

- telecommuting is an option (its not for everybody!) - it requires discipline, trust and reliability

- Must be passionate about awesome design - web-design in particular!
