Introduction:

Game Theory is a leader in performance-based online marketing with high traffic websites that focus on fun and innovative online digital products and services.

Game Theory is seeking a highly skilled Web Designer that can create high quality banner ad, landing pages, and promotional creative in high quantity. We seek individuals that are excellent communicators, manage their time well, have high energy level and can work independently after a complete project briefing. The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of the online advertising industry and direct response banner ads. They will be encouraged to come up with their own ideas and execute on the ideas of others. They must have simple flash skills to be able to animate banners (advanced flash skills a major plus). They must also be able to manage an outsourced firm to handle the ever-expanding workload.

Details:

• Design high quality static and animated banner ads, landing pages, and promotional creative.

• Optimize banners to maximize click-through and minimize load time.

• Assist the Marketing and Design teams as needed

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a strong portfolio with exceptional banner ad design examples

• 1-3 years experience (online advertising or agency experience a plus)

• Hands-on skills with: Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash animation

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or web development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required

• A strong background in typography, layout, and color theory

• Must be a team player, self-motivated, optimistic with a 'can-do' attitude

• The ability to take a project from concept to completion, good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Basic knowledge of javascript, CSS and PHP a plus

• MUST be able to work onsite in Hauppauge, NY
