Web Designer (Miami, FL)

Job Description

Growing South Florida Marketing Company located in Miami is seeking a dedicated, professional with at least 2 years Web Design / Development experience. The individual we seek must be able to deal with multiple simultaneous projects with excellent communication skills in a fast-paced office environment and must have a highly creative approach to Web Design and familiarity with trends in design and technology.

Requirements Include:

1. Excellent Design Skills a Big Plus, Attention to Typography
2. Experience with HTML, CSS, AJAX, XHTML, W3C.
3. Experience with CMS including WordPress.
4. Excellent Communication Skills

Knowledgeable In:

1. Ecommerce Systems such as Volusion and Magento a plus.
2. SEO, SEM, PPC and Lead Generation a plus.
3. JavaScript and browser compatibility issues
4. Animation and Video editing experience and knowledge a plus.
5. Content Management Systems such as Wordpress, Drupal and Joomla

The individual we seek will be required to:

1. Create top quality designs in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML/CSS
2. Handle new website design, redesign and web programming projects on a set schedule and interact proficiently with clients.
3. Implement updates and changes to existing client websites as assigned.
4. Implement Programming Changes to enhance and expand on the functionality of individual websites.
5. Handle all design aspects of corporate website.
6. Implement Conversion Optimization strategies to maximize the business results of our clients.
7. Have a highly creative approach to Web Design and familiarity with trends in design and technology
