Web Developer needed for 3 page 'Viral' signup web app (Anywhere)

I need a programmer/web developer who can recreate the technology behind these viral invite engines:http://launchrock.com/http://fab.comThe process is simple.1.
User submits email for an invite: the user enters their email into a
sign up field, whereby they are added to our email marketing software
(mailchimp).2.the user is shown a ‘sign up’ confirmation page,
and presented with the option of inviting their friends to sign up in
exchange for early acceptance to the site. the options they are
presented with are as follows: 2A. A custom/personal ‘share Url’
is created: this link is unique to each user and enables them to share a
link to the sign up page. As each link is unique, it acts as an
affiliate link, meaning anyone who signs up to the site via this link
gets tracked. 2B. The user can share the site via various email accounts (gmail, yahoo, hotmail) 2C. the user can share their affiliate link via clicking a facebook or myspace link.Every
Invite, whether via email, social media sharing can be tracked. and
whenever a user returns to the ‘sign up confirmation’ page, they are
shown how many people have clicked their links.more about this process can be read here:http://thenextweb.com/apps/2011/03/22/1-company-3-pivots-fabulis-to-fab-from-a-gay-social-network-to-daily-design-deals/I require a coder to code this process. It is a 3 page site, and files will be provided as PSDs. There is no design work.Any
successful applicant must be a fantastic coder with an eye for detail. a
perfectionist, they must excel at converting PSD mockups to pixel
perfect code that validates, loads quickly and is SEO optimized (using
css sprites, micoformats and the like). There is ample future work for any successful applicant as this is a new web startup. Please
respond to this post quoting the code ‘132mfdsif44’ to indicate you
have read this message properly, and please include an hourly estimate
for how long you believe it would take you to complete this task. you
can use fab.com as an indicator of workload, as my site is still being
designed.All the bestBenjamin
