Web Developer/Designer (San Fernando Valley)

I am looking for a web developer/designer to build a site for a travel television show that is in pre-production. The site will be used to promote the project and to seek funding. I am looking for a basic website that is impactful, looks clean, and easy to navigate and maintain. Must haves are a sponsor page that will have all the sponsor logos and possibly a quick blurb about the sponsor, embedded video of the show promo/trailer, an about us page, contact us page, "connect with us" on different social websites and paypal for donors to donate funds for the show. Currently we are working on a no-to-small budget. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has the know-how, but is in need of building their resume.
