Web Developer/Programmer (Thousand Oaks)

Rapidly-growing internet software company based in Thousand Oaks. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Website Programmer/Developer.

Since 2001, the company has been a leader in serving alumni and professional associations. We are based in Thousand Oaks, California and work with Ivy League and other top-tier alumni communities and professional associations here in the U.S. and around the world.

About the Position:

As a member of a high caliber technical team, this position will be responsible for developing, coding, testing, and debugging web applications; engaging and assisting new clients in building custom requirements; and providing on-going technical support for existing clients.

Job Status: Full-time

Days/Hours: M-F; Variable Hours

Work Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

What we are looking for?

- At least 4 years experience in designing/building web applications. We will consider applicants with less than 4 years . . . but you really have to be a rock star!

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Programming or related degrees preferred.

- Proficient in programming (HTML, PHP, MYSQL, CSS, JS, JQUERY, AJAX)

- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop (for the purpose of creating graphical elements)

- Experience in integrating 3rd party APIs

- Experience with Social Media Integration

- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Great project management and organizational skills.

- MOST IMPORTANTLY: The ability to diagnose problems correctly, differentiate between the core of an issue and the clutter, and apply the correct solution to a problem.
