We need an ongoing graphic artist that does great design at a reasonable cost that can take:Site designs we like in Wordpress on ThemeForest.net and create jpeg mock up based on my notes from the client from a screenshot.  Once the client approves the design, we buy the theme and take it from there.  That is all.  Easy, fast work but we have LOTS of clients and can keep you busy.  We have probably a half dozen projects right now alone you could start on for new clients.
