Web Production Coordinator & ScrumMaster (Dallas, TX)
LevelTen Interactive, a leading Drupal agency, is looking to add a Web Production Coordinator/ScrumMaster to our expanding team. In addition to organizing and facilitating the ceremonies of scrum, this new team member will also assist the Team and Product Owners with multiple aspects of project execution including quality assurance, client demos, and documentation. This is a 6-month contract with a perm option at the end. We're looking for a dependable self starter who is dedicated to delivering results for the client and who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice
Improve the productivity of the teams in any way possible
Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs
Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition
Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal
Maintain process documentation
Support the development managers and project leads as necessary
Assist in the preparation of proposals, memorandums, letters and presentations by drafting, editing or proofing text and preparing and delivering final product, including making copies and preparing for client demos
Write blog posts 2x monthly
Must Haves:

* University degree preferable
Nice to Haves:
* ScrumMaster Experience and/or Certification
* Experience with Jira or other agile project management tool
* Familiarity with Drupal
