Web/Internet Analytics Coordinator (CULVER CITY)

This position is a Temp to Perm Position. The Web Analytics Coordinator for Sony Pictures Imageworks Interactive is primarily responsible for supporting the Market Research department with Internet research and web analytics. The coordinator will complete weekly and monthly research reports for our various websites. We are looking for a hard-working, detail oriented, individual who wants an opportunity to learn and grow within research.

The Research Coordinator reports to the Research Analyst. The position is based in Culver City, California.

Responsibilities include:

• Collect, format, and interpret web traffic, customer and marketing campaign data utilizing Excel, web traffic software, and database reporting applications.

• Analyze Sony Pictures websites for Movies, Home Entertainment, Television, and Mobile to provide value with the web stats for that content.

• Work with our analyst to identify and correct any issues pertaining to the tracking or reporting of Sony Pictures websites.

• Read and compile secondary research reports from a variety of third party sites in order to help identify marketing trends and strategies in the online environment.

• Create reporting templates and presentations.

• Perform marketing research queries upon requests.

Requirements:

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Crystal reports, Word and PowerPoint.

• Have an understanding of basic statistical concepts.

• Possess strong written and verbal skills, along with an acute attention to detail.

• Have demonstrable problem solving and decision making skills.

• Be able to meet specific deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities.

• Although not necessary, prior research experience preferred and experience with Omniture reporting.
