Website Design, CSS / HTML Slicer (Anywhere)

a web design and development consulting firm based in Ann Arbor, Mi is
looking for a freelance Web Design ninja to work with our team of
designers and developers to facilitate bringing their work to life in
beautifully hand-crafted HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  To be more
specific: you will typically be working with the static designs created
by our lead designer, slicing them up and into HTML/CSS, working with
any Javascript elements required by the design (typically using the
jQuery library), and integrating the HTML/CSS templates into a variety
of platforms.  Some design may be needed to handle simple layout
decisions and create buttons/misc visual elements based on the
established site aesthetic.Bring these skills…Photoshop
skills for slicing static designs elegantly and efficientlyBest
practices driven HTML/CSSThe ability to perform cross browser
testing to make sure everything looks dandy in IEExperience
working with jQuery plugins and other javascript to implement various UI
features (slideshows, image galleries, lightboxes, etc)...and
bonus points for theseExcellent communication skills, both
written and verbalExperience creating templates for
Wordpress/Joomla/DrupalAny familiarity with Ruby/Rails or
