Website Redesign Needed (Los Angeles, CA)

I need to redesign an existing website for a biotech company. The current site has approximately 25 pages. The new site will need to include a page for video, encoded as Flash or HTML 5, as well as update the existing employment portal. Ideally, the finished site would be able to be updated by the client with new press releases, etc. This is a paying job, but low-budget. Please submit links to previous work, and two estimates: one for a simple update of the existing site and another for a more complete redesign.
