MUST HAVE

>> Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
>> Excellent XHTML/CSS skills and comfortable with creating cross browser compatible designs (including IE6)
>> Ability to write complex JQuery/JavaScript programs
>> PSD to XHTML/CSS creation
>> Ability to create web 2.0 designs
>> Must have a portfolio to show

NICE TO HAVE

>> Candidates with HTML 5 and CSS 3 knowledge will get preference
>> Knowledge of LAMP
